Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'éducation à support interactif basé sur une tête de réseau. Ce système se compose d'un serveur (101) centralisé situé dans une école et connecté via un réseau de télévision par câble à un dispositif (104) d'adaptation multimédia placé dans chaque salle de classe, ce dispositif étant à son tour connecté à un téléviseur. Le professeur se trouvant dans une classe peut alors utiliser un dispositif à télécommande (103) communiquant avec le dispositif (104) d'adaptation multimédia afin de présenter une leçon sur le téléviseur. Ces leçons peuvent comprendre des questionnaires intermittents auxquels les étudiants peuvent répondre immédiatement au moyen de leurs dispositifs (102) à télécommande. Les réponses données en continu par les étudiants ainsi que les réponses aux questionnaires peuvent être évaluées par le serveur (101) et les résultats peuvent être affichés sur l'écran T.V. et mémorisés en vue d'une évaluation. Outre les évaluations des étudiants, ce système facilite l'évaluation des professeurs et même la planification des leçons. Un microphone intégré dans le dispositif à télécommande des professeurs permet de saisir les explications vocales de ce dernier simultanément à l'affichage à l'écran des données visuelles. Ces commentaires peuvent ensuite être réécoutés afin de réviser une leçon. Une caméra T.V. fixée sur le dispositif (104) d'adaptation multimédia facilite l'évaluation subjective d'une présentation/production individuelle par l'ensemble de la classe et par le professeur.
