Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant à un abonné qui s'abonne à un service de transaction spécial auprès d'un opérateur de télécommunications, d'effectuer un paiement direct par un réseau informatique ouvert. Le réseau ouvert est constitué de l'Internet qui, de manière conventionnelle, est relié à un réseau fixe et à un réseau mobile d'un opérateur de telle façon qu'un client de l'opérateur demande l'adhésion et l'enregistrement d'une carte de paiement/carte de crédit destinée à être utilisée pour le paiement via l'Internet. A cette occasion le nom, le mode de paiement, l'adresse, le numéro d'identification personnel et le numéro de la carte sont spécifiés ; le système d'achat électronique (système AE) consulte la base de données (DAFA/SPAR) pour obtenir l'adresse de domiciliation du client puis le système envoie à l'adresse de domiciliation du client un courrier contenant les informations sur le code NIP que le client peut utiliser pour effectuer le paiement via l'Internet.
