Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif permettant de procéder rapidement à l'agencement en matrice d'un nombre déterminé de microparticules, telles que des billes de polymère à partir d'une suspension en vrac, et convenant particulièrement pour le criblage à fort rendement de banques combinatoires synthétisées sur des billes de polymère. Ce dispositif permet par ailleurs d'obtenir, à fort rendement parallèle, de peits volumes prédétermines d'un liquide. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le dispositif présente sur sa surface une matrice rectangulaire d'éléments de rétention pour microparticules composés chacun d'une surface de rétention de liquide et d'une zone en creux. L'agencement des microparticules s'accompagne de l'administration d'un liquide selon un procédé séquentiel de mouillage et de démouillage de la surface active. L'invention traite également de procédés se rapportant à ce dispositif.
