Abstract
Das anspruchsgemäße Verfahren setzt eine Brennstoffzelle zur quantitativen Bestimmung von Alkoholen ein. Der zu bestimmende Alkohol gelangt direkt oder indirekt an die Anode (2), wo er oxidiert wird. Der Kathode (4) wird ein Oxidationsmittel oder ein Inertgas zugeführt. Die in der Brennstoffzelle erzeugte Spannung (V) bzw. der erzeugte Strom (A) werden als Maß für die Alkoholkonzentration verwendet.
