Abstract

Pneumatique (1) comprenant au moins un premier bourrelet (12), dont le siège (12B) est incliné vers l'extérieur, et une armature de carcasse radiale (13), vue en section méridienne, s'enroulant dans chaque bourrelet (12) autour d'au moins un élément de renforcement annulaire (14), en allant de l'intérieur à l'extérieur pour former un retournement (130), s'étendant dans un profilé (3) de mélange caoutchouteux (30) sous forme de coin délimité par deux côtés (31, 32) issus d'un sommet A localisé sous la section de l'élément annulaire (14), le mélange caoutchouteux formant le profilé (3), axialement adjacent à l'élément annulaire (14), ayant une dureté Shore A élevée, caractérisé en ce que le profil méridien de l'armature de carcasse (13), lorsque le pneumatique est monté sur sa jante de service (2) et gonflé à sa pression de service, a un sens de courbure constant dans les flancs et premier bourrelet et dont la tangente TT' au point de tangence T dudit profil avec l'élément annulaire (14) dudit bourrelet (12) fait avec l'axe de rotation un angle ø ouvert vers l'extérieur compris entre 45° et 70°.
