In the positions where the pressurized air has been able to transport away the goods, empty or sparsely coated floor areas are created, and a considerable portion of the pressurized air flows out from the silo without having been effective in the displacement of the cereal grain.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de vider un silo destiné à des produits en vrac, de préférence, granuleux comme des grains céréaliers, à l'aide d'un transporteur d'évacuation constituant le fond du silo. Le transporteur d'évacuation (15) est doté de perforations disposées en bandes qui permettent le passage de flux d'air. Les flux d'air dirigés le long du fond (16), soufflent la matière en vrac (22) vers une sortie (21) ou au moins vers un tuyau d'évacuation. Au moins les parties des bandes de perforations les plus proches des parois latérales (12) du silo, et certaines des bandes le long sensiblement de tout ou partie de leur longueur, cèdent un flux d'air dont la quantité et/ou la pression diffèrent de ceux des flux d'air cédés par les autres bandes de perforations.
