Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à l'industrie de fabrication d'aliments pour animaux et concerne notamment la production d'aliments pour animaux à partir de déchets de l'industrie alimentaire et de matières premières végétales. Ce procédé consiste tout d'abord à présélectionner les composants à partir de déchets de l'industrie du brassage de la bière, de déchets céréaliers, ainsi que de déchets issus des industries de la confiserie, de fabrication du sirop d'amidon et de production de fruits et de légumes. Ces déchets sont ensuite mélangés à de la sciure de bois et à de la tourbe selon un taux de réduction de 20 % et dans des proportions de (0,5-0,75): (0,5-1,5): (4,5-5), respectivement. Avant d'être mélangés, les composants sont broyés jusqu'à ce que l'on obtienne des particules ne dépassant 25 mm. On procède ensuite au mélange ainsi qu'à un séchage à une température de 80 à 90 °C, ceci jusqu'à ce que le produit fini ait une humidité ne dépassant pas 5 à 9 %. Le produit est ensuite mis en sacs.
