Abstract

L'invention porte sur un écran luminescent comportant de fines raies conductrices disposées sur surface revêtue d'un dépôt de phosphore. L'une des variantes de l'invention porte sur un dispositif comportant un support diélectrique portant un premier bus conducteur relié à de premiers conducteurs, et un deuxième bus conducteur relié à de seconds conducteurs. Les premiers et seconds conducteurs sont très proches, ce qui permet de placer entre eux un support à base de phosphore et de faire produire de la lumière par le phosphore sous l'effet d'un champ électrique due à une tension électrique appliquée entre les conducteurs. Une couche diélectrique placée entre les conducteurs renforce la luminosité de la lumière émise. Le dispositif électroluminescent peut s'incorporer à un miroir ou à un dispositif à cristaux liquides.
