Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif multifonctionnel et compact pour la production de distillats en général, dans lequel toutes les étapes séquentielles de la production d'aguardiente sont menées à bien dans un seul système simple facile à utiliser et de petite taille par rapport aux système classiques couramment utilisés. L'équipement de l'invention est polyvalent, peut être utilisé avec différents types de matières premières, et est conçu pour différentes échelles de production. Ledit équipement se caractérise également en ce qu'il peut être utilisé avec du G.P.L. en bouteille, ainsi qu'avec de la vapeur, du bois, de la bagasse et/ou des appareils de chauffage électrique comme source de chauffage.
