Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un réseau de services à répartion fournissant des services de télécommunication et autres aux usagers par l'intermédiaires de modules et services dans les régions interconnectées du réseau. Chaque région détient un fichier des services et modules disponibles, et l'utilisation de ces services et/ou modules peut s'ajouter à la région moyennant une mise à jour du fichier régional. Ils peuvent également être retirés de la région, aux fins de maintenance préventive, etc, moyennant une mise à jour appropriée du fichier. Les entrées dans le fichier peuvent être classées de manière à déterminer l'ordre d'utilisation desdits services et modules, et cet ordre peut être fixé en fonction du degré d'utilisation des serveurs régionsaux sur lesquels sont installés les services et modules. Il est également possible d'inclure dans le fichier de services et modules d'une région ceux d'autres régions, accessibles par un lien principal de communication.
