Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de communication, notamment un procédé qui permet de délivrer à un consommateur un reçu attestant de l'exécution auprès d'un distributeur à distance d'une transaction portant sur l'achat de bien et/ou de services, ledit reçu pouvant être utilisé pour entrer en possession de ces biens et/ou services. Ce procédé consiste dans la transmission de données relatives à ladite transaction entre le distributeur à distance et le consomamteur via un réseau téléphonique, dans la réception desdites données grâce à un moyen de réception relié audit réseau téléphonique, et dans l'enregistrement de ces données sur un support amovible d'enregistrement de données. L'invention concerne également un système de communication comprenant des moyens de transmission et des moyens de réception de signaux vocaux et/ou de données, ces moyens pouvant être raccordés via un réseau téléphonique à d'autres moyens de transmission et de réception à distance de signaux vocaux et/ou de données, des moyens de lecture capables de lire des données enregistrées sur un support d'enregistrement de données, des moyens de reconnaissance conçus pour permettre auxdits autres moyens à distance de reconnaître ces moyens de transmission et de réception. De plus, l'appareil comprend des moyens d'enregistrement capables de stocker des données reçues par lesdits moyens de transmission et de réception via ledit réseau téléphonique sur ledit support d'enregistrement de données.
