Abstract

L'invention concerne un carter destiné à un servofrein, dans lequel notamment deux parties carter (1,-) se font face et délimitent au moins deux chambres pneumatiques. Au moins une surface d'appui (2) permet la fixation d'un maître-cylindre (4) ou bien d'un panneau de carrosserie sur la partie carter (1), et la surface d'appui (2) est délimitée par une ouverture (5) radialement vers l'intérieur. Dans le but d'assurer une fixation à demeure et étanche aux gaz du maître-cylindre ou du panneau de carrosserie, la surface d'appui (2) exerce une action de ressort sur le maître-cylindre et/ou le panneau de carrosserie en totalité ou avec au moins une section (10). Cette configuration permet d'obtenir au moindre coût une étanchéité, adaptée à chaque sollicitation en service, du servofrein par rapport à la pression ambiante (pu).
