Definitions
- An opening device which comprises a drain opening preperforated through the material and a detachable puU tab attached on top of the opening Uquid- and gas- tightly, has several advantages since it is easy to use, it can be attached to the packaging material beforehand and it is inexpensive in costs. However, in the packaging of Uquid filling materials, special attention should be paid to an efficient isolation of the untreated edge of the packaging laminate exposed in the perforation from the fiUing agent, since otherwise the filling agent is absorbed to the fibrous support layer impairing the tightness, strength and appearance of the laminate.

Abstract
L'invention a trait à un procédé de fabrication d'un orifice de remplissage et/ou d'un bec verseur sur un conteneur de conditionnement prévu pour des substances liquides. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à former un trou d'une taille et d'une forme prédéterminées sur un laminé (2) de base d'un laminé (1) de conditionnement, le laminé de base comportant une couche (3) de support en une matière à base de fibres et une première couche (4) thermoplastique; recouvrir le trou du côté comprenant la première couche (4) thermoplastique, d'une deuxième couche (7) thermoplastique. Laminer la surface opposée à la première couche (4) thermoplastique du laminé de support à l'aide d'une troisième couche (6) thermoplastique, la deuxième et la troisièmes couches (7, 6) thermoplastiques étant fixées l'une à l'autre dans la zone du trou au moyen de chaleur et par pression; et former un orifice de remplissage et/ou un bec verseur au centre du trou dans le laminé de support, de façon à laisser au moins une partie des couches (7, 6) fixées l'une à l'autre recouvrir le bord (5) non traité du trou. Selon l'invention, la deuxième couche (7) thermoplastique est laminée sur l'ensemble du laminé (2) de support.
