Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de demande et de distribution d'effets de commerce tels que des chèques bancaires, des mandats et des chèques de voyage. Un effet peut être demandé dans ce système et ce procédé par le client d'une banque à partir d'un téléphone, d'un ordinateur, d'un distributeur fixe ou d'un distributeur portatif tenu à la main se trouvant en communication avec un ordinateur de banque. Cette demande peut être effectuée oralement, à l'aide d'un clavier, ou à l'aide d'une transmission de données par un réseau de communication pouvant comprendre des lignes téléphoniques, des liaisons radio bidirectionnelles, des liaisons hertziennes, des liaisons par satellite, des liaisons téléphoniques cellulaires, des réseaux informatiques et l'Internet. Une fois que la demande est traitée et approuvée, l'effet demandé peut ensuite être distribué à n'importe quel moment dans ce système et ce procédé aux clients de la banque ou à un tiers par un distributeur de réception uniquement, un distributeur fixe ou un distributeur portable tenu à la main également en communication avec l'ordinateur de la banque.
