Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de montage du sabot presseur de la presse à sabot d'une machine à papier ou à carton ledit sabot presseur (2) étant séparé d'une contre-calandre (12) par une pince étendue (N) où défilent une bande (W) de papier ou de carton et une toile sans fin (12). Un compartiment (15) recevant du liquide hydraulique, disposé à l'extérieur du vérin de charge (3, 4) du sabot presseur, est alimenté de manière à ce que le fluide exerce directement ou indirectement sur le sabot presseur une force opposée à celle du vérin de charge. Le cylindre (4) du vérin est monté mobile sur son piston (3). Lesdites forces sont calculées de manière créer pendant la marche entre le sabot presseur et le vérin de charge, ou entre le sommier (9) portant le sabot presseur et le vérin de charge, un intervalle par où peut s'écouler le fluide hydraulique du compartiment (15). Dans l'une des exécutions de presse à sabot décrite ci-dessus, le cylindre (5) du vérin de charge (3, 4) peut communiquer avec le compartiment (15) via une soupape (14), et le cylindre et le compartiment peuvent être alimentés séparément.
