Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing qualitative high-grade feed for animals and a system for implementing said method. According to the invention, the method consists of the following successive steps: (1) Requesting feed products in the desired amounts, (2) determining the quantity of feed from respective mixtures or pure forms of feed products, (3) grinding and/or crushing the determined quantity of feed immediately before feeding, and (4) distributing the processed feed. The feed can be thus stored in its raw state and can be matched according to demand and quantitatively determined, eventually with additional admixtures, to be used as feed. In addition, the specification related to the European Union directive for certification of a biological dynamic additive can be complied since the continuous procession of the products can be traced from production to processing.

Verfahrens BeschreibungProcedure description
The invention relates to a method for producing high-quality feed for animals and an apparatus for carrying out the method.
Previous methods of providing feed for animals provide that the feed produced by the feed industry is fed to the animals automatically. For this purpose, the feed is supplied in so-called pellets, the pellets then being administered to the animals as unprocessed feed.
A particular disadvantage of this type of feed is that the starting products, the so-called pellets, are very expensive (approx. 60% more expensive than the starting product). In addition, grains and legumes that are used as feed in grated or ground form are problematic.
Furthermore, the usual feedstuffs are known which are stored in feed silos. However, since this type of feed contains very high amounts of binding agents, it tends to clump and bind to one another. As a result, it is not easily possible to feed it automatically.
For this purpose, facilities such as auxiliary structures with screw conveyors and shredders are provided, with the aid of which the clumped parts of the feed become free-flowing. However, such devices only work insufficient and require a high level of maintenance, which is also reflected in the high operating costs.
Therefore, the task is to create a method and a device for carrying out the method in which a technically simple and economical automatic feeding can also be carried out from an ecological point of view.
The object is solved, that is the process for the preparation ¬ provision of high-quality feed for animals by the following temporally successive process steps in:
(1) Abrufen des Futtermittels m der gewünschten Futtermenge,(1) retrieving the feed in the desired amount of feed,
(2) Bestimmen der Futtermenge aus den jeweiligen iscnungen oder Reinformen von Futtermittel, (3) Mahlen und/oder Quetschen der bestimmten Futtermenge unmittelbar vor der Futterung, (4) Ausgabe des bearbeiteten Futtermittels.(2) Determining the amount of feed from the respective iscungen or pure forms of feed, (3) grinding and / or crushing the determined amount of feed immediately before feeding, (4) output of the processed feed.
Ferner weist die Vorrichtung zur Durchfuhrung des Verfah- rens einen Auffangbehalter, einen an den Auffangbehalter anschließendes Mahl-/Quetschwerk und eine Ausgabeeinheit auf .Furthermore, the device for carrying out the method has a collecting container, a grinding / crushing unit connected to the collecting container and an output unit.
The main advantage of the method according to the invention is that the very simple and needs-based feeding of feed, in contrast to feeding with pellets, makes it cheaper, since only feed in natural form is used and this is cheaper in comparison to the pellets commercially available . The composition of the feed can take place in the manner which is advantageous for the individual animals. Also can ER- own products back resorted to ¬ and so did the provision of EU Rxchtlxnie for certification of biodynamic cultivation be filled, which requires seamless traceability of the products from production to processing.
Through the process step reversal, i.e. that the grinding and / or crushing process is put shortly before feeding, the investments for the purchase of the device are almost identical in comparison to the previous devices. However, what is advantageous is essentially the simpler handling of the device and the simpler storage of the feed, which is inexpensive in the raw state, and also the above-mentioned, needs-based and quantitative feed.
Further advantageous configurations emerge from the claims and the following description.
It essentially consists of the fact that the feed stored in the corresponding storage containers, either in pure or in mixed form, is called up in a defined quantity by a device. The defined amount of feed can either be based on the needs of the animals themselves or on fixed amounts. As soon as this quantity has been determined, the feed is ground and / or squeezed and immediately made available at an output point for the corresponding animals.
A further method according to the invention is shown schematically in FIG. It can be understood as an extension of the method shown in FIG. 1. The Extension C ¬ tion is that, in contrast to previous feeding, the feed can be controlled individually, in the comparable by a controller in response to the feed ends to animal (for example, detected via a sensor) in different feed is provided for different feed boxes.
