Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système pour ostéosynthèse comprenant une plaque osseuse (20) ostéosynthétique et une bague de verrouillage (1), la plaque osseuse comportant plusieurs trous forés (12) qui présentent une partie conique (21) adjacente au côté supérieur (25) conçue pour entrer en contact avec la tête (16) d'une vis (15) pour os et une partie conique (22) adjacente au côté inférieur (26) conçue pour entrer en contact avec la partie supérieure (6) de la bague de verrouillage (1), ladite bague présentant un trou foré (12) coaxial avec un filetage (4). Un joint à baïonette verrouillage (1) ou placée dans le trou foré (12) de la plaque osseuse (20) et peut être introduit par une rainure (35, 36) dans le trou foré (12) de la plaque osseuse (20) ou dans la partie supérieure (6) de la bague de verrouillage(1) et la détente (31) peut s'adapter dans un évidement (34, 37, 39) à l'extrémité de la rainure (35, 38) empêchant de ce fait la rotation de la bague verrouillage (1).
