Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un milieu de contraste lyophilisé renfermant du fluorocarbure, consistant à lyophiliser d'abord un matériau précurseur lyophilisable contenu dans un ou plusieurs récipients dans une cloche à vide de lyophilisation ou une enceinte similaire, à introduire ensuite ledit gaz fluoré dans la cloche précitée avant de fermer par scellement le ou les récipients précités. Cette invention est caractérisée en ce que après fermeture de ce ou de ces récipients, on applique une surpression d'un gaz atmosphérique sur ladite cloche, puis on permet audit gaz fluoré de se condenser dans une cuve de condensation reliée à ladite cloche.
