Abstract

L'invention concerne un microscope à balayage comprenant: (1) une source lumineuse pour l'alimentation en faisceau lumineux; (2) un moyeu de transmission optique pour la transmission du faisceau lumineux d'une extrémité d'entrée de celui-ci, située à proximité de la source lumineuse, à une extrémité de sortie de celui-ci, située à proximité d'un moyen de concentration de lumière qui concentre la lumière sortant de l'extrémité de sortie pour illuminer un champ d'observation ponctuel sur ou dans un objet à examiner; (3) un détecteur pour détecter la lumière dégagée par un objet et provenant du champ d'observation ponctuel; (4) un scanneur monté dans un boîtier de tête optique conjointement avec le moyen de concentration de lumière, permet au champ d'observation ponctuel illuminé de balayer une section bidimensionnelle de l'objet de sorte que l'image de la lumière dégagée par l'objet et reçue par le détecteur sur la section puisse être construite. Ledit scanneur comporte des éléments d'équilibrage qui équilibrent les forces réactives induites par le fonctionnement du scanneur, de sorte que la vibration du moyen de concentration de lumière induite par le couplage des forces réactives au moyen de concentration de lumière soit réduite.
