Abstract

L'invention porte sur des compositions et méthodes d'analyse par zones de matériaux biologiques. Lesdites méthodes utilisent une couche de photorésist disposée sur un matériau biologique (éventuellement immobilisé sur un substrat). Les zones d'intérêt sont sélectionnées, puis irradiées en exposant certaine parties spécifiques du matériau biologique. Le matériau biologique exposé peut ensuite être soumis à une analyse sélective recourant à diverses méthodes d'analyse.
