Abstract

Des travaux récents ont montré que des dipeptides contenant du tryptophane présentent une activité immunomodulatrice in vivo. L'invention concerne l'activité ex vivo des dipeptides et le fait qu'une différenciation des cellules CD2+ en cellules Th1 peut être provoquée, ce qui permet une expression de cytokines associées à Th1. Ces cytokines sont utiles comme agent pharmaceutique et, en raison de la complexité du cocktail de cytokines, sont plus actives contre une affection pathologique. Des modes de réalisation de l'invention ont trait à une thérapie spécialement adaptée, pouvant être mise en oeuvre par le prélèvement de cellules CD2+ d'un sujet atteint d'une affection pathologique, et la mise en contact de ces cellules ex vivo avec des composés de dipeptides en vue de provoquer la synthèse par ces cellules de cytokines associées à Th1. Pour traiter une affection pathologique, soit le cocktail, soit les cellules mises en contact peuvent être administrées au sujet.
