Abstract

On taxe un appel téléphonique passé par un abonné émetteur à un abonné récepteur en connectant d'abord l'appel téléphonique entre l'abonné émetteur et l'abonné récepteur. Un signal déclenchant la taxation divisée est reçu, après quoi un signal indiquant une portion de taxation est reçu. L'abonné émetteur et l'abonné récepteur sont tous deux taxés pour au moins une partie du coût de l'appel téléphonique, en fonction de la portion de taxation indiquée. La portion de taxation peut être spécifiée sous forme de pourcentage, de valeur pécuniaire, ou d'intervalle de temps. La taxation divisé peut être déclenchée par l'abonné émetteur dans une situation dans laquelle l'abonné récepteur assumait le coût intégral de l'appel avant le déclenchement de la taxation divisée.
