Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Direktantrieb mit internen Sensoren für lineare, planare und/oder rotatorische Bewegungen, die nach dem Schrittmotorprinzip arbeiten, bzw. übliche rotatorische Schrittmotoren. In den Eisenkernen der Magnetsysteme sind Hallsensoren angeordnet, deren Signale zur Reglung des Magnetflusses und/oder zur Positionserfassung x, y, Alpha verwendet werden. Dadurch erfolgt die Ansteuerung der Leistungsendstufen genau durch solche Wicklungsströme, die exakt zu den von der Führungsgröße gefordeten Magnetflüssen führen, so daß die Dynamik verbessert wird. Da der gemessene Magnetfluß mit der Vielzahl der Zahnüberdeckungen im Zusammenhang steht, läßt sich die Lage zwischen der Aktiveinheit und der Passiveinheit auf Mikrometer genau erfassen. Die Magnetflußeinprägung und die Positionserfassung mit Hilfe interner Sensoren eignen sich wegen der vielfältigen Parameterverbesserungen prinzipiell für alle Schrittmotoren im Preis-Leistungsbereich zwischen offener Steuerkette und klassischer Reglung und ist besonders interessant für Direktantriebssysteme mit großem Verfahrbereich, z.B. luftgelagerte, planare Hybridschrittmotoren, bei denen durch die flächenhafte Bewegung der Aktiveinheit weder Drehgeber noch inkrementale Längenmeßsysteme zur Positionserfassung verwendet werden können.
