  • Each method prescribed by the invention ensures a simple, uncomplicated way of manufacturing a leakproof pipe having bending capability of any diameter, which at the same time has very good mechanical properties. All modifications of the pipe having bending capability prescribed by the invention ensure good air flow and good strength over the whole length. Thanks to its bending capability, the pipe having bending capability may be easily installed where ventilation ducts must be placed in bends. A double-layer of the flexible coating ensures the tightness of the ventilation duct. The wire mesh mesh reinforcement prevents the subsidence of the double-layer flexible pipe coating under the suction of the ventilator which may be connected to this pipe.
  • the possibility of using a pipe wrapping on the perimeter of the pipe having bending capability prescribed by the invention allows to avoid thermal losses in cases these losses may be significant. The pipe wrapping results in noise reduction and forms an insulation against vibrations, which may appear during the operation of the ventilation equipment.

Abstract

Dans un premier aspect, le procédé de l'invention consiste à enrouler de façon hélicoïdale (11), sur une tête, une bande inférieure (3) et une bande supérieure (4), de même qu'un fil d'acier intermédiaire, sur une tête, les bandes inférieure (3) et supérieure (4) étant déjà recouvertes sur un côté d'une couche de colle, et la bande supérieure (4) étant retournée de façon que les deux bandes, inférieure (3) et supérieure (4), présentent chacune sa couche de colle en face de l'autre couche de colle, et que la bande inférieure (3) soit placée en dessous de la bande supérieure (4), la bande supérieure (4) étant déplacée horizontalement par rapport à la bande inférieure (3). Le fil d'acier (10) est introduit entre les bandes inférieure (3) et supérieure (4). Le tuyau pouvant se plier (12) et fabriqué selon le premier aspect de l'invention se compose de deux revêtements continus: l'un extérieur, constitué par la bande supérieure (4) enroulée de façon hélicoïdale et présentant une couche de colle sur sa surface intérieure, l'autre intérieur, constitué par la bande inférieure (3), enroulée de façon hélicoïdale et présentant une couche de colle sur sa surface supérieure, le fil d'acier (10) étant enroulé de façon hélicoïdale entre ces deux revêtements.
