Abstract

Der Betätigungsdrücker dieser Federkraftklemme bewegt sich dabei in der gleichen Ebene wie die dadurch geöffneten Andruckfedern. Dies erweist sich insbesondere dann als Nachteil, wenn als Bedachungsoder Fassadenelemente ausgebildete Solarelemente, wie sie beispielsweise in der Patentanmeldung CH 2318/96 beschrieben sind, verlegt und elektrisch - in Serie oder parallel - miteinander verbunden werden sollen. In diesem Fall sind es die beiden Leiter mit dem positiven und dem negativen Pol eines Solarelements, welche mit den An- Schlüssen des ihm beispielsweise seitlich unmittelbar benachbarten Solarelelements verbunden werden sollen. Um die Klemmvorrichtung vor der Witterung zu schützen, wird diese sinnvollerweise unterhalb des Bedachungselements respektive des Fassadenelements angebracht. Dies bedingt eine speziell flache Bauweise der Klemmvorrichtung, was bei der oben beschriebenen Klemmvorrichtung nicht gegeben ist. Ein zweiter Nachteil dieser Klemmvorrichtungen besteht darin, dass für jeden einzelnen Leiter ein separater Betätigungsdrücker bedient werden uss. Ein weiterer Nachteil liegt darin, dass die Betätigungsdrücker, beispielsweise mit einem Schraubenzieher, im wesentlichen parallel zur
Dachebene bedient werden müssten. Alle diese Nachteile stehen einer zeiteffizienten Verlegung der als Bedachungselemente ausgebildeten Solarelemente durch einen Dachdecker entgegen. In Fig. 1 ist ein erstes Ausfuhrungsbeispiel der erfin- dungsgemassen Klemmvorrichtung dargestellt. Mit der Ziffer 1 wird ein handelsübliches Bedachungselement, beispielsweise aus Faserzement, bezeichnet. Anstelle von Bedachungselementen sind entsprechende Fassadenelemente immer auch mitgemeint. Ein Solarelement 2 ist mit dem unteren Teil des Bedachungselements 1 fest verbunden, bei- spielsweise auf dieses aufgeklebt. Am Solarelement 2 ist ein flaches, beispielsweise quaderformiges Gehäuse 3 aus Kunststoff angebracht und mit diesem mit bekannten, nicht gezeichneten Mitteln fest verbunden. In einer nicht gezeichneten Variante liegt das Gehäuse 3 fliegend auf dem oberen Teil des Bedachungselements 1 auf. Das Gehäuse 3 enthalt auf zwei beispielsweise entgegengesetzten Seiten e zwe Locher 4, 5. Zwischen jedem der sich gegenüberstehenden Federpaare 15 befindet sich je ein Exzenterelement, beispielsweise ein ovaler Oeffner 20 aus Kunststoff, der um eine senkrecht zur Zeichenebene stehende Achse um seine Mitte drehbar gelagert ist. Jeder der Oeffner 20 enthält an seiner Oberseite Mittel, mit welchen auf ihn ein durch ein längliches Werkzeug ausgeübtes Drehmoment übertragen werden kann, beispielsweise einen Schlitz 21, in welchen ein gewöhnlicher Schraubenzieher eingreifen kann. Selbstverständlich sind aber auch beliebige andere entsprechende Mittel möglich, beispielsweise Vierkantaus- nehmungen für die Aufnahme eines Vierkantschlüssels oder senkrecht stehende Doppelschlitze für die Aufnahme eines Kreuzschraubenziehers. Die Vorrichtung funktioniert in der folgenden Weise: Der Oeffner 20 wird mittels des länglichen Werkzeugs soweit um seine Achse gedreht, bis dieser in seiner einen Hauptstellung die beiden nebeneinanderliegenden Federn 15 dieser Federkraftklemmen weit öffnet und zur Aufnahme der Leiter 7, 8 vorbereitet, wie dies in der linken Hälfte von Fig. 1 dargestellt ist. Jetzt werden die beiden Leiter 7, 8 des Steckers 6 in die entsprechenden Löcher 4, 5 des Gehäuses 3 eingeschoben. Dabei sind Mittel vorgesehen, die einen falschen Anschluss, insbesondere eine Verwechslung der Pole, verunmöglichen. Diese Mittel bestehen beispielsweise aus einer speziellen Formgebung des Steckers 6 und des Gehäuses 3. In dieser ersten Ausführungsform greift die Ecke 11 des Gehäuses 3 in die Ausnehmung 12 des Steckers 6 ein und verunmöglicht durch diese Formgebung eine falsche Polung der Anschlüsse.
