Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouvelles protéines associées à la télomérase, ainsi que des procédés servant à isoler les gènes codant ces protéines. De nouveaux procédés de criblage permettent d'isoler des gènes supplémentaires associés à la télomérase, d'exprimer et de caractériser leurs produits de protéines. L'identification d'interactions entre protéines nécessaires au fonctionnement in vivo de la télomérase constitue la base d'un nouveau procédé de criblage afin de rechercher des agents anti-tumeur.
