Description
Elektromotor, insbesondere Wischermotor für KraftfahrzeugeElectric motor, in particular wiper motor for motor vehicles
The invention relates to an electric motor, in particular a wiper motor for motor vehicles, with a gear housing and a cover closing the gear housing, which is fastened to the gear housing with at least one fastening element and with at least one conductor element provided on the cover for the electrical connection of the electric motor to a power supply.
Such an electric motor is known for example from DE-PS 3409680 C2. Here, conductor elements and sliding contacts are arranged on the cover and serve to supply current to the electric motor at certain positions on the output axis, although the assigned windshield wiper actuation switch interrupts the current supply. Plug elements for the electrical connection of the electric motor to the vehicle electrical system are arranged on the cover. The basic arrangement of the plug elements on the cover side ^ is regarded as disadvantageous. Although it is conceivable to lay the plug elements with additional conductor elements to be arranged on the housing, this would lead to increased assembly effort. Finally, conductor elements arranged on the outside of the housing could be damaged. A current feedthrough on the inside of the housing is not possible due to the limited space.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a particularly simple, easy-to-assemble and also inexpensive To provide power supply, which also allows plug elements for the electrical connection of the electric motor to be arranged at any point.
This object is achieved in that electrical conductor elements are provided on the cover and the gear housing, which are connected to one another in an electrically conductive manner by means of the fastening element for the cover. This measure allows any arrangement of plug-in elements for electrical connection to a power supply, regardless of the arrangement of sliding contacts inside the gear housing or on the cover. The fasteners therefore have a double function, which reduces the assembly effort.
Dabei zeigt:Further developments of the invention emerge from the subclaims together with the description and the drawing. The invention is described in more detail below with the aid of an exemplary embodiment which is shown in the figure. It shows:
Fig. 1 shows a partially shown section across a gear housing for an electric motor.
Dadurch kann das Gewinde 15 in dem Gehäuse 1 entfallen.1 shows a cut-off part of a gear housing 1 for an electric motor for driving windshield wipers with a first conductor element 2 which is embedded in the gear housing 1. The gear housing 1 has a not shown recess for gear components, which is closed with a cover 3. A second conductor element 4 is embedded in the cover 3. Both the gear housing 1 and the cover 3 are made of plastic, for example. The two conductor elements 2,4 are embedded in the jeweili ¬ gen 1.3 parts electrically insulated. The conductor elements 2, 4 are preferably flat and designed as a grid. forms so that they can be punched out of a sheet. Basically, the conductor elements 2,4 can arbitrarily tet decor with dark ¬ and be structured in particular spatially. In the figure 4, the cover-side conductor element at a junction 5, the right angle from the extending direction rela ¬ hung as principal plane is bent. At the top side 6 of the lid 3, a male member 7 is provided which is conductively connected elec tric ¬ with the branch 5 and serves to establish an electrical connection to a power supply not represent ¬ made of the electrical system of a Kraftfahrzeu ¬ sat. It goes without saying that the branch 5 can also be aligned with the main plane of the conductor element 4, so that the plug element 7 is located on the circumference of the cover 3. The cover 3 also has a recess 8 and a through hole 9 for a fastening element 10. In the figure, the fastener 10 is an elec trically conductive ¬ screw with a screw head 11 and a shank 12 which extends through the through hole 9 and engages the gear housing 1 into a bore. 13 The screw head 11 lies on the conductor element 4 with a contact surface 14. Other fastening elements such as pins or rivets can also be used. It is essential that these are arranged in an electrically conductive manner on the conductor element 4 with at least one contact surface 14 and engage in the gear housing 1 with a shaft. In the figure, the bore 13 is provided with a thread 15 for the screw, although this is not absolutely necessary if self-tapping threaded screws are used. It is essential that the fastening element has at its end at ¬ whose ment 16 electrical contact to the second Leiterele ¬ 2 10th The fastening element 10 thus connects the two at different levels and at a distance from ¬ stacked conductor elements 2,4. For this purpose, a tab 17 is provided on the conductor element 2, which at least partially annularly surrounds the fastening element 10. takes hold. The tab 17 is bent substantially at right angles to the direction of extension of the conductor element 2, so that it engages around at least part of the circumference of the fastening element 10 with a contact surface and provides a reliable electrical contact. In a further development of the invention, it is also conceivable that the tab 17 completely engages around the fastening element 10 in the manner of a nut, so that a particularly firm and contact-safe connection is provided. Of course, the conductor element 2 can be provided with a thread for the fastening screw. As a result, the thread 15 in the housing 1 can be omitted.
It should be emphasized that the conductor elements 2, 4 do not have any contact surface with one another, because the housing 1 and cover 3 with associated base surfaces 18, 19 lie directly against one another. In contrast to the arrangement of the plug device 7 described above, it may be appropriate to arrange this on the housing side, which is shown in dashed lines in the FIG. The electrical connection of the conductor elements 2, 4 with the aid of the fastening element 10 basically allows any arrangement of the plug-in device 7 without being fixed to a positioning at a specific location of the cover 3. By simply changing the branch 5 in its position relative to the respective conductor element 2, 4 and correspondingly embedding it in the corresponding component 1, 3, any arrangement points of the plug-in device 7 are conceivable.
It should be noted that a plurality of mutually associated conductor elements 2, 4 can also be arranged in the housing 1 and the cover 3, which are connected to one another in the manner described above. In particular, a positively charged circuit and a negatively charged circuit should be considered. One fastening element 10 connects one of the circuits. After mounting the cover 3 on the housing 1 with the aid of one or more fastening elements 10, the recess 8 is provided with an electrically insulating casting compound 20, so that the screw head 11 is electrically insulated from the surroundings. This also has the advantage that the arrangement can no longer be opened without authorization because key surfaces 21 required for disassembly or assembly are no longer directly accessible.
