Abstract

The present invention relates to p53 mutants which have lost the ability interact with other proteins or compounds or to bind a SH-3 domain, as well as nucleic acids encoding these mutants, suitable expression systems and uses of such subjects matters, e.g. for the development of pharmaceutical agents. The invention further relates to peptides derivable from the proline rich domain of p53.
