Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection directe d'analytes par des changements de couleur dans des liposomes en réponse à une liaison sélective à des analytes, à leur surface. Le placement et la sélection du groupe polymérisable dans le monomère utilisé comme précurseur dans la production de film colorimétrique et de liposomes permet d'augmenter la sensibilité et de produire une réaction se manifestant par un changement de couleur spécifique a une concentration d'analyte très précise.
