Abstract

La présente invention concerne un marqueur d'incision et de repérage (100) servant à placer sur l'oeil des marques d'incision et de repérage et à centrer un guide de centrage à dépression. Un écarteur cornéen (150) forme des poches dans le tissu cornéen du site d'incision. Des translateurs (240), dextrogyre et sénestrogyre, facilitent l'insertion de lames dissectrices respectivement dextrogyre et sénestrogyre. Un gabarit de contrôle (400) sur site des dissecteurs permet de vérifier la planéité ainsi que la concentricité des gabarits des dissecteurs. Des pinces (500) présentent un intervalle d'une forme conçue pour tenir un implant selon un angle aigu défini. L'invention concerne également un nécessaire comprenant le marqueur d'incision et de repérage (100), l'écarteur cornéen (150), les translateurs (240), le gabarit de contrôle (400) sur site des dissecteurs, et facultativement, la pince (500). L'invention concerne enfin des procédés d'utilisation de ces instruments.
