Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de freinage d'un véhicule équipé d'un système de commande de freinage d'urgence. Un dispositif de détection servant à détecter la position du pied du conducteur est affecté audit système de commande de freinage, de sorte que, en cas de mouvement rapide, de type réflexe, du pied du conducteur entre une première et une deuxième position, le dispositif de détection freine automatiquement le véhicule par l'intermédiaire du système de commande de freinage. Selon l'invention, un détecteur de réflexe détecte un début de mouvement, de type réflexe, du pied du conducteur, à partir d'une position dans laquelle le pied n'appuie pas sur la pédale d'accélérateur.
