Abstract

Laser à pompage par faisceau d'électrons comprenant un tube cathodique contenant un cristal laser, un canon à électrons produisant un faisceau d'électrons comprenant une couche électrode de focalisation multi-éléments sur une surface interne du tube, permettant la focalisation du faisceau sur le cristal laser, et une couche électrode de déflexion multi-éléments sur une surface interne du tube, permettant le balayage du faisceau sur tout le cristal laser. Le cristal laser est disposé sur un support métallique conducteur de chaleur, adapté pour que le cristal laser soit placé de façon précise, à proximité du canon à électrons et d'une fenêtre du tube émettant de la lumière laser.
