Abstract

L'invention concerne un système cathéter anti-infection comportant un cathéter (2) qui présente un tube à canule rigide ou souple avec un élément de raccordement (10) prévu à une extrémité arrière. Un dispositif de remplissage et d'aspiration (1) comportant un ou plusieurs réservoirs de principe actif peut être fixé sur l'élément de raccordement (10). Au moins un des réservoirs est rempli d'une substance contenant au moins un antibiotique ou un agent chimiothérapeutique ou antiviral, de préférence de l'aminoglycoside, de préférence de la gentamycine (13), au moins en concentration efficace minimale. Un autre réservoir est rempli d'une autre substance contenant ou produisant au moins un agent n'altérant sensiblement ni les cellules tissulaires ni les cellules sanguines, de préférence un anticoagulant, notamment de l'héparine (12). Cette substance peut être introduite essentiellement dans la zone de la pointe (15) de la canule. Le volume total des réservoirs correspond au moins au volume de remplissage du cathéter, plus éventuellement le volume de pièces intermédiaires, notamment celui d'un robinet à trois voies.
