Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant d'optimiser l'utilisation d'un réseau téléphonique, lequel procédé consiste à attribuer des numéros de téléphone à un premier groupe d'utilisateurs situés dans une zone géographique, à attribuer des numéros de téléphone à un second groupe d'utilisateurs situés hors de ladite zone géographique, et à effectuer l'interconnexion de tous les utilisateurs desdits premier et second groupes par des lignes téléphoniques, de sorte que chaque utilisateur soit connecté à au moins une ligne téléphonique, ainsi que par des commutateurs. Un utilisateur peut ainsi téléphoner à un autre utilisateur en composant le numéro de ce dernier, une communication étant ainsi établie entre les deux utilisateurs. Le procédé d'amélioration fait appel à des étapes supplémentaires consistant à attribuer un autre numéro de téléphone à un premier utilisateur du premier groupe sur la ligne téléphonique existante de ce premier utilisateur, à rediriger toute communication destinée à cet autre numéro de téléphone du premier utilisateur vers un second utilisateur du second groupe en programmant une commande de renvoi automatique sur l'autre numéro de téléphone du premier utilisateur et en envoyant ainsi l'appel téléphonique vers le numéro de téléphone du second utilisateur. Il est ainsi possible de téléphoner au second utilisateur du second groupe en composant l'autre numéro de téléphone du premier utilisateur du premier groupe. Ce procédé d'amélioration comprend, de préférence, une étape complémentaire consistant à publier un répertoire contenant tous les numéros de téléphone du premier groupe d'utilisateurs du centre urbain, et dans lequel l'autre numéro de téléphone d'un premier utilisateur renvoie à un second utilisateur.
