Abstract
Cette invention concerne un système permettant de conserver le libre passage dans un vaisseau ou un organe creux, lequel système comprend une structure placée dans le passage d'un vaisseau ou d'un organe creux. Cette structure se présente sous la forme d'une plaque comportant des entailles et enroulée en forme de cylindre. L'épaisseur de la plaque varie entre 0,03 et 0,2 mm, la largeur des entailles entre 0,5 et 2,0 mm, et la distance séparant les entailles entre 0,5 et 2,0 mm. Le dispositif permettant de rétablir le libre passage dans un vaisseau ou un organe creux comprend un cathéter comportant à son extrémité distale un ballonnet sur lequel est monté le système permettant de conserver le libre passage dans un vaisseau ou un organe creux. La plaque comportant des entailles est enroulée en spirale autour de l'axe longitudinal du cathéter avec le ballonnet auquel elle est fixée. Le dispositif comprend également un fixateur empêchant tout mouvement le long de l'axe du cathéter du système de maintien du libre passage d'un vaisseau, lequel fixateur est disposé de manière coaxiale à l'extrémité distale du cathéter et à l'extrémité du ballonnet.
