Abstract
L'invention concerne des agents faiblement alcalins pour le lavage de vaisselle en machine, à base de constituants adjuvants, de produits de blanchiment oxygénés, d'agents anticorrosion, de substances hydrotropes, d'inhibiteurs de mousse et autres constituants classiques présents dans les détergents pour lave-vaisselle. L'invention vise à améliorer leur pouvoir nettoyant au niveau de vaisselle ayant contenu du thé. A cet effet, on utilise entre 0,05 et 1,5 % en poids de lipase, de préférence en combinaison avec entre 1 et 15 % en poids d'un acide organique multifonctions, notamment de l'acide citrique.
