Abstract

La présente invention concerne un détecteur de métaux très sensible qui peut comporter plusieurs magnétomètres dont le fonction est de sonder un champ magnétique et de produire des signaux numériques de sortie concernant le champ magnétique sondé. Les magnétomètres peuvent être disposés en une première rangée de façon à définir une zone de sondage. Un appareil de traitement du signal, connecté à chacun des différents magnétomètres réagissant aux signaux de sortie qu'ils produisent, génère une indication lisible par l'homme et caractéristique de la présence d'objets ferromagnétiques dans la zone sondée.
