Abstract

Ground clearing apparatuses (10), which is adapted to be attached to and operated by a vehicle (12) or a remote controlled unit, is provided. The ground clearing apparatus (10) includes a shaft (14) which is rotatable about a central axis and which upon rotation is operative to beat or sweep the ground. The ground clearing apparatus (10) includes a mounting unit (30), a shaft (14), attached to the mounting unit (30), a plurality of support members (50) attached to the shaft (14) and an array of ground clearing tools (16) attached to each of the support members (50).
