Abstract
L'invention vise à mettre au point un détergent à vaisselle aqueux qui soit moins agressif pour les mains. A cet effet, on utilise un détergent qui, outre plusieurs tensioactifs anioniques et non anioniques et des renforçateurs de mousse, ainsi que d'autres constituants classiques, contient systématiquement des esters d'acide gras de polyol comme agents contribuant à rendre ledit détergent à vaisselle moins agressif pour les mains.
