Abstract

Ce procédé (2) de correction des troubles de la vue par photoréfraction présente un dispositif (50) pour détecter la position d'un oeil (20) à un moment donné. Il comprend en outre un dispositif (8) qui suit un point de percée (16) d'un axe de référence (12) d'un faisceau laser d'ablation (10) à travers la cornée (18) d'un oeil (20) pendant le traitement, dans des positions variables d'un point de percée (26) d'une ligne de champ visuel (24) à travers la cornée (28). Ce dispositif peut par exemple comporter un miroir de déviation (38) suspendu à la Cardan et commandé par une unité de commande (52). En cas d'écart excessif entre la position du point de percée (16) et la position du point de percée (26), le rayonnement du faisceau laser (10) peut, de préférence, être interrompu.
