Then, the heating lines heat the deflection member, and harden it by cooling to maintain the shape.

  • the standard deviation of the inventive yoke is closer to zero than the conventional yoke, the convergence characteristics of the inventive yoke are considerably improved compared to the conventional yoke. Moreover, the end turns are not necessary, thus improving the color purity.

Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à des éléments de déflexion de type film (LF et RF) d'un tube de reproduction en couleurs qui comprend une pluralité de films, chacun contenant au moins un conducteur électrique configuré de façon à générer un champ magnétique dans un motif donné. Les conducteurs électriques sont isolés les uns des autres, formant des couches conductrices, ces dernières étant placées au-dessus d'une couche isolante qui s'intercale entre les couches conductrices adjacentes. Le motif de lignes conductrices est obtenu par l'attaque chimique des couches de cuivre. Les éléments de déflexion durcis 3(LF et RF) sont fixés sur une bobine (135). Cette bobine sert d'élément-support et est montée au niveau du col du tube. Des noyaux magnétiques (36 et 37) sont disposés sur le périmètre de la bobine (135).
