Abstract

L'invention concerne une presse d'injection comprenant un plateau porte-outillage fixe (2), relié au bâti (1) de la presse et un plateau porte-outillage mobile (4) prenant appui sur le bâti de la presse et pouvant coulisser dans le sens longitudinal. Les longerons (3) sont fixés sur le plateau porte-outillage mobile (4) et peuvent être bloqués dans le plateau porte-outillage fixe (2). Cette presse présente des dispositifs conçus pour déplacer rapidement le plateau porte-outillage mobile et pour produire la pression de fermeture. L'invention vise à réduire la déformation du plateau porte-outillage mobile (4), lorsqu'il est soumis à la pression de fermeture, ainsi que les effets négatifs qui en résultent. A cet effet, le plateau porte-outillage mobile (4) est constitué d'une plaque de pression (11) et d'une plaque porte-outillage (12), les longerons étant fixés sur la plaque de pression (11), et la plaque porte-outillage étant guidée dans les longerons (3). Des dispositifs (15, 16) servant à produire la pression de fermeture sont placés entre la plaque de pression (11) et la plaque porte-outillage (12).
