Abstract
Procédé d'identification d'une séquence nucléotidique dans un échantillon biologique consistant à utiliser une paire d'amorces oligonucléotidiques universelles pour amplifier la séquence nuclótidique et à caractériser les produits de réaction de l'amplification. Les amorces universelles préférées sont dérivées de régions conservées de protéines du type 'choc froid' ou de protéines de séquence Y et s'hybrident avec les gènes qui codent les séquences peptidiques GXVKWFNXXKGFGFI et GPXAXNVTXX.
