Abstract
Dispositif d'antenne microruban annulaire (100) de dimensions réduites présentant néanmoins des caractéristiques remarquables de rayonnement directionnel et une altération minime du fonctionnement en cas d'utilisation à proximité étroite d'autres appareils électroniques ou du corps humain. Ce dispositif d'antenne microruban (100) comprend un élément à polarisation horizontale (120) et une série de pastilles rayonnantes (130, 133) réalisées chacune dans un matériau conducteur, ainsi qu'une couche diélectrique (110) positionnée entre l'élément à polarisation horizontale (120) et les pastilles rayonnantes (130, 133), de manière à constituer ensemble un dispositif rectangulaire. Chacune des pastilles rayonnantes (130, 133) comporte deux bords latéraux (162, 164), un bord principal rayonnant (160) et un bord inférieur (166). Toutes les pastilles sont orientées dans la même direction. Un court-circuit (142, 144) établi le long du bord inférieur (166) de chacune des pastilles, génère une image 'miroir' de chacune de ces pastilles par rapport à son bord inférieur. Le bord inférieur peut être entièrement écourté ou n'être écourté que sur une ou plusieurs de ses parties.
