Abstract

Dispositif conçu pour insérer un onglet entre deux feuilles d'une pile de feuilles de papier, afin de servir de marqueur. Ce dispositif possède un rouleau d'entraînement (24) et un rouleau de pincement (26) entre lesquels s'étend une bande (12). Le rouleau de pincement (26) est monté sur un bras oscillant (25) sollicité par ressort, afin de mettre en contact le goujon (27), que ledit bras comporte à son autre extrémité, avec la bande. Au moment du déplacement de la bande, le bras oscillant effectue une rotation, afin de relâcher l'effet de freinage exercé par le goujon (27) et de mettre en contact le rouleau de pincement (26) avec le rouleau d'entraînement (24). Le bras est monté sur un boîtier (14), pouvant être éloigné du passage de la bande en effectuant une rotation, afin de faciliter le chargement de la bande ou de supprimer un blocage. Un ensemble coupant rotatif (34) est monté en aval du rouleau d'entraînement (24) et possède une barre (35) conçue pour effectuer une rotation à l'intérieur d'un manchon (37) et comportant une fente transversale (36) à travers laquelle passe la bande. Le bord aval de la fente (36) coopère avec un bord du manchon (37), afin d'exercer une action de cisaillement lorsque le manchon effectue une rotation.
