Abstract
The invention comprises a handle (2) containing a reservoir (7) for the supply of material to a removable and interchangeable tool part (1). The tool part (1) may be a toothbrush head, a comb or a razor. A valve at the end of the transport tube (5) is used to control the flow of the material in the reservoir (7) to the toolpart (1). A button (6), pulling on a string (4), controls the angle of the tip of the tool part (1).
Description
Description
Toiletries Product
Technical Field
My invention relates to toiletries products such as a combination of toothbrush and toothpaste container set and/or a combination of comb/hairbrush and hair spray container set and/or a 5 combination of shaver and shaving cream container set and/or similar product/activities.
For such activities, e.g. in toothbrushing, we have to take effort to squeez the toothpaste on to the hairs of the toothbrush * ° before we can brush our teeths, this requires two-step two-handed operation, one hand holding the brush and the other holding the container. Similar operations required for similar activities like hairbrushing/combing and shaving.
1* A previous attempt to overcome these difficulties was to provide an automatic toothpaste squeezer to squeez the toothpaste onto the toothbrush, to reduce the effort of having to do it manually by hand.
2° While providing such a unit, this solution still has had some disadvantages. The separate items still creats inconvenience when travelling. Also, e.g. when we find the toothpaste on the brush is using up during brushing, we have to stop the brushing and squeez some more toothpaste on the brush before rebrush again. This is
25 very inconvenient.
The object of the present invention is to provide a toiletries product set which will go at least some way towards avoiding the above disadvantages. In which its tool-part (e.g. the toothbrush) ° and the suppliers-part (e.g. the toothpaste container, in this case) can be assembled in one compact form, that it can operate in one single step(e.g. the toothpaste come out of the toothbrush-hairs automatically and directly in a press of a button, also the toothpaste container can continuously feeding toothpaste to the brush-hairs 6 during brushing if toothpaste using up during brushing.) and which is easier to handle and convenient to use.
Background Art
The prior art, N.Z. Patent Number: 264369
Disclosure of Invention One preferred form of the invention will now be described with reference to the drawings accompanying the Provisional Specification, of which:
Fig. 1 shows the cross-section of the tool-part(l)(e.g. toothbrush, hairbrush/comb, shaver and similar), and the suppliers- part(2)(e.g. toothpaste-container, hair-spray/mousse-container, shaving-cream-container and similar respectively.) assembled as one unit. The narrower tip of the tool-part(3)(e.g. toothbrush, allow it to extend further in the mouth for a better clean) can bents to the contour of the tooths(in the case of a toothbrush), and bent to the contour of the head(in the case of a hair-brush/comb) It bents simply by pulling a string(4) that is attach to the tip. Otherwise it will return to its original shape (unbented).
The transporting tubes(5) are uses to transport toothpaste from its container(7) to the toothbrush-hair(in the case of toothbrush and toothpaste set), or to transport the hair- spray/mousse from its container(7) to the comb/hairbrush(l)(in the case of the hairbrush/comb and hair-spray/mousse set.), or to transport the shaving cream from its container(7) to the blade of the shaver(l)(in the case of shaver-shaving cream set), in a press of a button(6), the content in the container(7) will force to leave the container under pressure, the content will then enter the transporting tube(5) via the container opening(8). The transporting tube(5) will transport that content to the the tool-part(l) where it is needed. There will be one-way valves at the end of transporting tube(5) which will allow the content come out of the tube(5) freely but stops other unhygienic substances entre the the tube(5). The transporting tube(5) can also connect the water tap with the tool- part(l) with the right connection mean, so it can transport the water to the tool-part(l) to wash the teeth (in case of tool-part(l) being a
toothbrush) or to wash the face or hair (in case of shaver or comb respectively).
The tool-part(l) is attach to the container-opening(8) with suitable attachment so its position is secure and firm but can also remove easily for replacement. The container(7) is shaped for hand grip(9), the bottom stand(lθ) can support the whole unit so that the whole unit can stand vertically. That bottom stand(lθ) can also be open to allow for refill of contents.
In operation, in a press of button(6) the content will deliver from the supplier-part(2) to the tool-part(l) of the toiletries product automatically via the transporting tube(5) connect between the two parts. In a slid of button(6) the string(4) will pull and bent the tool- part( 1 ) to contour the surface.
