Abstract

Um bei reinen Elektrofahrzeugen das Problem der Beheizung der Fahrgastzelle mittels einer die Fahrbatterie belastenden elektrischen Widerstandsheizung und bei Hybridfahrzeugen das Problem zu großer Abwärme des Verbrennungsmotors, welche den Heizenergiebedarf übersteigt, gleichzeitig zu beseitigen, wird erfindungsgemäß ein Automobil mit Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung, insbesondere für den privaten Nahverkehr, vorgeschlagen; mit einem seriellen Hybridantrieb (Fig. 1), bei dem der Verbrennungsmotor (32) ausschließlich an einen Generator (30) gekuppelt ist und mit diesem ein Stromaggregat bildet, das nur einen Bruchteil der von mindestens einem elektrischen Fahrmotor (10/12), der ständig an eine mittels des Stromaggregates ladbare elektrische Fahrbatterie (22) angeschlossen ist, aufgenommenen elektrischen Leistung abzugeben fähig ist; und mit einer Beheizung der Fahrgastzelle (66) mittels Wärmeübertragung vom Stromaggregat auf einen der Zelle zugeführten Wärmeträger (Fig. 2).
