Abstract
Description
TOR MIT EINEM VERTIKAL BEWEGBAREN. AN SEILEN GEHALTENEM TORBLATT VERTICALLY MOVABLE GATE. DOOR LEAF ON ROPES
The invention relates to a door with a door leaf which can be moved approximately vertically or overhead, in particular a ceiling sectional door, up-and-over door, lifting door, with a frame which has vertically running frame spars and which is fixed in the edge region of the door opening to be closed with the door leaf, with a Guide rail device, into which the door leaf engages, displaceably in the longitudinal direction of the rail, if necessary via rollers or the like arranged thereon, and with ropes or the like holding the door leaf, which engage in particular via rope pulleys on a shaft which is to be mounted in a stationary manner .
Door leaves of the type in question can be moved upwards from the outside from the closed position under external influence, for example attempted break-in, for example by prying open under the action of the lower edge.
The object of the invention is to take precautions in the case of a door leaf of the type in question so that the door leaf is locked against such movement when an attempt is made to open it without a drive.
This is achieved according to the invention in that an engagement formation is provided in the area of at least one of the frame spars, in which the pawl of a pawl device which is fixed on at least one side of the door leaf and engages on the rope associated with this door leaf side engages when the door leaf moves upwards when the rope associated with it becomes slack. The door leaves of gates of the type in question are held on ropes which are tensioned during operation, which also applies regularly to the closed state of the door leaf. A motor-driven door leaf of this type, for example, is released when the door leaf is moved without simultaneous operation of the drive, that is to say, for example, when the door leaf is lifted out of the closed position under external influence from the holding force of the cables, so that they become slack. This criterion is used to influence a pawl device in such a way that its pawl swings out into the locked position. For this purpose, the pawl device is arranged between these two elements with regard to the holding force between the cable and the door leaf, ie, as long as the cable acts on the door leaf with more or less great tension, the pawl is moved back into the pawl device while it disappears the tension and thus slackening of the rope swings into the blocking position. Such a function of the pawl device can be achieved in various ways and is often supported by a stored spring force for the function of transferring the pawl into the blocking position. The pawl device preferably has two parts, which engage one another longitudinally displaceably in the tensile force direction of the rope, in such a way that the parts slide toward or into one another under spring force as soon as the attacking rope becomes slack. This displacement movement is transmitted to the pawl, which is designed in particular as a pivotably mounted part, on which a stop which moves in the displacement direction engages when the housing parts of the device are pushed into one another when the shoulder slants in the rest position.
When the rope becomes slack, ie when trying to lift the door leaf from the closed position by external force, the pawl engages in one or more engagement designs arranged in succession in the direction of displacement of the door leaf. These engagement designs can in principle be formed on an element assigned to the adjacent frame spar, which element is also fixed outside the frame, ie on the wall border surrounding the door opening to be closed with the door leaf. In advance However, in the preferred embodiment, the engagement formation in the material of the frame spar itself is provided, specifically in the form of a bulge with an attack surface facing downward for the pawl. The bulge preferably has an edge which is pressed out of the frame material and faces the pawl and which can be engaged by the pawl.
The pawl can be biased into its rest position by means of a spring.
The accompanying drawings show an exemplary embodiment of the invention, namely FIG. 1 with a tight rope and therefore the pawl pivoted into the rest position, while FIG. 2 - indicated by a lifting beam, shows a break-in attempting to lift the door leaf from the closed position, so that the rope shown is limp and the pawl swings out into its locking position, in which it engages in an engagement formation in the wall-side frame material.
