Abstract

Embiellage à bielle réglable possédant, à l'intérieur de la jupe du piston (1), un support (2) pour le logement (3) d'une bille (4) montée sur une tige (5) munie, du côté opposé à celui où se trouve la bille, d'un filetage assurant la fixation de l'organe d'accouplement (8) du pied de la bielle (9). On a également prévu une technique de fabrication de cet embiellage, selon laquelle on place une bague technique entre la jupe du piston (1) et le support (2) fixé à celui-ci par brasage, de sorte que cette bague s'étende jusqu'à mi-hauteur du support (2) dont la partie saillante est évasée. Après la formation du logement (3) au moyen d'une bille présentant un diamètre égal au diamètre de la bille (4), on introduit la tige filetée (5) fixée à la bille (4), une pièce rapportée (6) et un joint (7), puis on enlève la bague technique. Enfin, on introduit par vissage la tige filetée (5) dans l'organe d'accouplement (8) avec le manchon (9), et on met en place un écrou (13) par collage ou vissage afin d'éviter que l'ensemble ne prenne du jeu.
