Abstract
Le dispositif de l'invention destiné à l'ajustement des paramètres d'une prothèse de membre inférieur comprend: un appareil prothétique (20) doté d'un mécanisme par lequel il peut être ajusté de façon linéaire dans le plan horizontal dans deux directions (31, 32) perpendiculaires l'une à l'autre, ainsi qu'une unité de base fixe (1) pourvue d'une commande de déplacement vertical (7) à capteur de déplacement et reliée à une plate-forme se présentant sous la forme de deux plaques reliées rigidement, c'est-à-dire une plaque inférieure (9) et une plaque supérieure (10); des capteurs (11) de contrôle de charge sont installés entre les deux plaques. Le dispositif de l'invention comporte également un mécanisme (34, 35, 41, 45) de réglage angulaire indépendant pouvant effectué des réglages dans deux directions perpendiculaires l'une à l'autre et au plan horizontal; un capteur destiné à contrôler la position angulaire du support (46) recevant la prothèse; la prothèse montée sur le support; une seconde plate-forme (8) similaire à la première et reliée à celle-ci par l'unité de base fixe; ainsi qu'une ceinture orthopédique (47) portée par le patient et dotée d'un capteur (48) destiné à mesurer le désalignement du bassin. Les plates-formes sont solidement fixées à l'unité de base de manière qu'elles peuvent tourner dans le plan horizontal autour de l'axe vertical de la plate-forme passant par la projection du talon. Chaque plate-forme présente le contour du pied concerné, le contour étant utilisé afin d'aligner les capteurs de charge avec la projection du talon ainsi que des premières et cinquièmes têtes des métatarses, comme il convient.
